Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, at Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is an album released in May 2015 from Decca Records. It has received high praise from the media and bloggers. Half the World Away - by Oasis is a cover for John Lewis' Christmas ad and Nature Boy - by Nat King Cole have already been two notable covers that she has recorded. Katy Perry's endorsement of the song Runaway in a blog post gave the artist some additional recognition. Make it a special day for her. Aurora Aksnes' earliest musical memory is of finding an instrument hidden in her attic, and being captivated by the sounds it produced. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes encouraged her to use music for personal growth, rather than as a way of earning money or for to pursue an interest. Thus, she began with her own music. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her most favored composers. After her mom told her that her songs could not only help her gain fame, however, they could also help others understand their importance within the global community and see how they can benefit from them She decided to start playing in front of the public. When she began playing the piano, she was only six and started writing songs when she was nine. She didn't tell her family about her music until she reached 14. Aurora has never imagined being a famous singer. Her sole passion is writing music. She claims that music is her favorite way of feeling something.
